Pivoting Wall Bracket
For ergonomic reasons we always advice to install our EasyFix wall bracket between the wall and the reel. It allows 90° pivoting movement in both directions which means the reel will always align itself with the direction the operator is moving.
In order to avoid head injuries the EasyFix swivelling bracket should be mounted at minimal 2.5 meters height.
Pivoting Ceiling Bracket
A ceiling bracket is available for applications where the reel is suspended under a horizontal structure or under a work bench. This bracket rotates 340°.
Compact Work Bench
Depending on the space available, it can be useful to mount the AssemblyReel under a compact work bench. Due to its modular system, these benches are available to accommodate one up to five reel units. This can be very interesting for Repair Areas where several air tools are used at the same time.
Ergonomic Tool Swivels
Faithful to our mission to improve ergonomics, several tool swivels are available to make handling the air tool easier. These can rotate 360 degrees in every plane and improve tool manoeuvrability, minimizes operator fatigue and extends hose life.
Power Cords
The AssemblyReel is equipped with a universal IEC-C13 power connector, commonly used on computers, printers, monitors, … and available in most countries. Each IEC power cord is furnished with one of following plugs:
NEMA 5-15 (USA)
CEE 7/7 (EUR)
BS 1363 (UK)
RedFlex Air Hose
RedFlex hoses are available uit to 20 meters of diameter 3/8’’ and 15 meters of diameter 1/2’’, fourished with appropreate NPT or BSP fittings. Other lengths or other fittings are available on request.
Wrench type Tool Holder (fix model)
Several tool holders are available for wrench type of air tools are available in different sizes. These can be equipped with a proximity sensor that can be connected to the micro receptacle at the back of the AssemblyReel. The automatic retraction will start the moment the operator puts the air tool back in the tool holder. This accessory can be interesting in applications using short lengths of hose or in combination with compact work benches configurations (see above).
Wrench type Tool Holder (adjustable model)
Several tool holders are available for wrench type of air tools are available in different sizes. These can be equipped with a proximity sensor that can be connected to the micro receptacle at the back of the AssemblyReel. Gun type Tool Holder
A tool holder for gun type air tools is also available. This holder can be equipped with an integrated switch that can be connected to the M12 micro receptacle at the back of the AssemblyReel. The automatic retraction will start the moment the operator puts the tool back in the tool holder. This can be interesting when the AssemblyReel is combined with compact work benches (see above).
Alternative DC Tool Cables
A wind range of alternative DC tool cables is available for most common installations. Our HighFlex tool cables have been designed with improved bending properties which are very important when used intensively on a reeling device. Benefits of our HighFlex tool cable assemblies are:
